We’ve been finding it harder than usual to leave the house this winter, between blustery winds and bitter chills, the comfort of our homes can seem a whole lot easier and safer than heading out. We’ve noticed that our studio numbers dip in this season, so we’d like to offer you some reflective writing prompts which you are welcome to delve into from your home/favourite place at a time that suits you best.

This week’s theme is
Accepting Nourishment
  1. Write a letter to someone in your life who nourishes you, who fills you up and makes you feel like you’re living in abundance.
  2. Story prompt: You wake up on Christmas morning and underneath your Christmas Tree, you have left for yourself everything that truly nourishes you. What have you included for yourself? What have you deliberately left out? What does it feel like to give yourself such a gift?
  3. I am most open to accepting nourishment when…
  4. I find it impossible to accept nourishment when…
  5. I can nourish myself by…
Let us know how they go, if this works for you, and if you’d like to receive them next week!
