What's On

Every week we offer a range of wellbeing sessions that allow you to actively engage with your emotional and mental health. It is for everyone and everyone who wants to make their emotional fitness a priority.


5.30 – 6.30pm
Wellness Wānanga

Wellness Wānanga is a safe and facilitated space where we can come together to unpack our wellness experiences and learn from one another. We discuss the theme of the week and share the complexity of the emotions that surround our diverse experiences.

Join us for a cuppa and a conversation about our theme of the week, share tools and tips and listen.

7.00 – 8.15pm

This yoga practice is a beginner to intermediate level journey to find movement your body may have forgotten, connect to your breath and emerge a lighter you.

In vinyasa yoga, you coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Ashtanga, Baptiste Yoga, Jivamukti, Power Yoga, and Prana Flow could all be considered vinyasa yoga. Our teacher, Rosie is trained in Vinyasa flow and adds her own unique kaupapa to make this a holistic practice for you.

Reflective Writing

This reflective writing session is an all-access creative chance to discover a fresh perspective. Ease into short guided meditation exercises followed by creative pen-flow,  to find new clarity.

It’s one of the easiest ways to practice mindfulness – by transferring thoughts to the page, you can develop an outsider perspective on your inner world.
