Do you find that sometimes your inner thoughts are hard to comprehend? Especially when they are locked in your mind?

This reflective writing session is an all-access creative chance to discover a fresh perspective. Ease into short guided meditation exercises followed by creative pen-flow,  to find new clarity.

It’s one of the easiest ways to practice mindfulness – by transferring thoughts to the page, you can develop an outsider perspective on your inner world.

You don’t have to identify as a writer to feel confident capturing what’s going on for you. It’s a no- pressure, non-judgemental exploration with pen and paper, with an entirely optional invitation to share. Unique guided provocations will get your pen moving!

  • A vibey safe space with other people to personally reflect based on the weekly theme.
  • You don’t have to share your writing if you don’t want to.
  • An opportunity to share and connect with others.
  • Cuppa tea!

  • Casual Rate: $15
  • We have writing books for Koha. Free if you buy a CoLiber8-Pass
  • CoLiber8-Pass – 8 sessions for $75 (That’s less than $10 for any session!). You get your own take home card so you can keep track of your wellbeing journey!
