At CoLiberate, we’re now offering a 6 week mindfulness meditation practice!

For six weeks, George will offer different intention based activities; be that an introduction to mindfulness of breath, strengthening our ability to be kind, or noticing sensations in our bodies.

Whether you are a practiced meditator or a total beginner this 6-week meditation challenge is for you. Every moment is an opportunity for us to find ourselves whenever we are and smile.

Mindfulness is not just a practice but a way of being. We practice so we can bring the qualities we cultivate into our day to day.

Each session has the opportunity to connect over a cuppa tea before and after.

George Johnston has been sitting quietly for many years. He has embarked on training with the Mental Health Foundation as a mindfulness facilitator and continues to learn every day, with every person he spends time alongside.

Each week we pick a new theme centered around our emotional wellness experiences.
