Theme: Courage

What helps us to have the courage to show up and be seen day after day? What makes it difficult? Does courage have to be associated with strength and heroism, or is it something we can carry with us on a daily basis?

“The original definition of courage, when it first came into the English language — it’s from the Latin word cor, meaning heart — and the original definition was to tell the story of who you are with your whole heart.” – Brene Brown

If your courageous practice this week is to come along to studio sessions –  we can’t wait to see you there!  And if staying at home is the right thing, we hope there are plenty of chances for you to speak your mind with your whole heart.

Come along to the studio this week to explore how courage shows up for you. We’d love to see you there, if it’s right for you.
