Our 2020 Catalogue is the culmination of research, development and delivery - leading the transformation of workplace mental health culture in New Zealand. These offerings are in addition to our renowned Mental Health First Aid certificate. We are excited to now provide a diverse and robust mental health and wellbing startegy at work - so you can feel confident and prepared responding to any mental health challenges and crisis at work.
CoLiberate's catalogue featured offering in 2020 is the Leadership training Effective Empathy.
Through lots of enriching conversations, we have identified a need for people leaders to have techniques, approaches and strategies for effectively managing diverse management, support and required outcomes.

Our journey through research, development, and startup through to key industry leader has been led by rapid research and development cycles, and founded on deeply practiced understandings of mental health support.
CoLiberate is now regarded as the leading provider of corporate Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training in Aotearoa New Zealand.

This year will see CoLiberate's 800th Mental Health First Aider trained from one of 175 kiwi organisations we work with, and our trainees are set to have over 120,000 critical mental health conversations in 2020.
