CoLiberate is a social enterprise enabling the emotional and mental health support capability of Aotearoa.

We believe that the way forward for a brighter mental health future for Aotearoa is to transform workplaces into ecosystems of care. We’re shifting the longstanding narratives, attitudes, and belief systems underpinning current culture when it comes to mental health, enabling people to view their working world through a lens that is more aligned with positive well-being outcomes for themselves and their peers.

We co-create with organisations effective and sustainable workplace peer support networks, deliver confidence-boosting skills training and evaluate the impact of our interventions ongoingly.
