Workplace Wellness

CoLiberate’s practical wellness sessions

We work to enable the emotional and mental health capability of our nation! To keep learning and practicing what we know to be true – teams connecting over wellbeing practices- we are prioritising ’emotional’ workouts together every week in-house. We’d love you to join us!

Every Tuesday 12.30-1.30pm at the Biz Dojo, Tory Street in the event space.

How it works

All you have to do is 100% opt in and show up. We will check-in together and do 45mins practice. All sessions are really accessible and not too intense – it’s fully facilitated so you can easily go back into your working day. Each week we will have a different session and facilitator so we can explore a variety of ways to engage with our wellbeing.

CoLiberate’s emotional workouts are as gritty and cool as it sounds. It’s about helping you to be well. It embodies the 5 ways to wellbeing – Take Notice, Give, Keep Learning, Connect and Be Active and presents itself in many creative forms. There is Mindfulness with Clay, Creative Movement, Meditation, Reflective Writing, Yoga and more – Let’s be our best selves at work!
