Each week we pick a new theme centered around our emotional wellness experiences.

Channelling Hope

What is involved?
  • An hour long facilitated discussion unpacking our experiences
  • you don’t have to share or talk, you can just listen if that’s your jam
  • Stay for the whole hour
What to expect
  • Listening to other people’s experience based on the weekly theme.
  • You don’t have to speak if you don’t want to.
  • Connecting with others, sharing experiences.
