Brené Brown defines connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.
What do we need in order to lean in to meaningful connection? And how do we differentiate between connection and attachment so that we can continue to refuel? What do we do when we find ourselves in conditions that encourage disconnection– or even when all the conditions are right but we just don’t feel seen?
Often it’s the times when we need connection the most that it is hardest to reach out. How can we set ourselves up to find connection in those moments of isolation? When do you feel most connected to this world and those who you share it with?
